How do I track my delivery status?
After you place your order, please allow up to 1 business day for us to prepare your order. Once dispatched, you will be sent either an SMS or email confirmation with your order tracking information. You will also receive notifications when your order is out for delivery, and when your delivery is at the door
Approximately what time is my delivery?
Delivery date and time is determined by the courier. Check your tracking number to find the status of your delivery
What if I'm not home for delivery?
You can give permission for us to "leave it somewhere safe" (at the check-out page) if no-one is at home. The courier will find a safe place to put your parcel.
If you would like to sign for the parcel, please do not select this option at check-out. If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave details for re-delivery.
Are you restocking this item?
We try our best to restock items on our platform. Let us know if you require a particular item and we will try our best to find it!
My order is missing an item, what can I do?
Please check your phone or email for any refund notifications - we may have refunded you the item due to no stock availability. If the item is missing, please email admin@myfoodmart.com.au and we will organise a refund or redelivery as soon as possible
I'm not happy with my substituted item!
If you select "substitute out of stock items" at check-out, we will find items similar to replace any out of stock items. In most cases, we will send you a SMS directly to check with you before shipping out any replacement. Any difference in prices will be directly refunded to you
If you do not select this option, we will refund the out of stock items to you without finding a similar product
