Returns and refunds

Change of mind returns

For any unopened product, we accept change of mind returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note for change of mind returns*, the customer must organise return delivery to our warehouse in Melbourne

For fresh and frozen goods, we cannot accept change of mind returns due to perishable nature of our goods

Returns on damaged / faulty items

We will offer a full refund for any damaged or faulty items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We accept returns on these damaged or faulty items within 14 days of delivery 

Refund process

Once a return has been confirmed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 2-3 days). You can contact us for any return request or questions at admin@myfoodmart.com.au

*Business orders will incur a 15% restocking fee for change of mind returns
